WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
If something is wrong
If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, please send photos of the print and the packaging to lehniscollections@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. We review each case individually. If a printing or transport defect is confirmed, we will arrange a free reprint. If that is exceptionally not possible, we will refund the purchase price. Photos are usually sufficient, but we reserve the right to request the print back for inspection. Damage that occurs after delivery, for example through storage or handling, is excluded. The statutory 3-year guarantee of conformity also applies.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Let us know by email at lehniscollections@gmail.com and send the print, well packed, within 14 days to the address in the legal notice. You bear the cost of return shipping. The print must be returned undamaged and complete. If it shows signs of use or damage, we will deduct the loss in value from the refund. If the print can no longer be sold as a result, the deduction may amount to the full purchase price. The refund will be made within 14 days of your notice, once the print has arrived back with us.
Deliveries to Switzerland
Swiss customs may charge fees on delivery, usually around 18 to 19 % of the order value including shipping. These fees are not included in our prices.
